Your morning begins with a 90-minute Breathwork and Flow Yoga session led by Vania, founder of Vania’s Yoga Practice. Through slow, supported movement and intentional breathing, you’ll gently release tension, soften the body and settle into stillness. This all-levels practice also includes simple yet powerful breathwork techniques you can take home — tools to support calm, clarity and emotional balance in your everyday life. With over a decade of experience, Vania creates a warm and nurturing space where you can truly unwind and reconnect with yourself.
You’ll then be invited to fully surrender into a deeply restorative 30-minute sound bath guided by Jessica, founder of Healing Garden Retreat. Using a blend of soothing instruments and healing sound frequencies, this immersive experience encourages profound rest and relaxation while helping to quiet the mind and regulate the nervous system.

The retreat concludes with a guided 90-minute bathhouse ritual led by Jessica. Guests will move through the full hot-cold-rest bathing circuit at a relaxed pace, allowing time to fully unwind, detoxify and restore through intentional bathing practices designed to support both body and mind.
