This intimate half day retreat offers a personalized and peaceful wellness experience combining mindful movement, immersive sound healing and therapeutic bathing rituals in a nurturing environment.

This thoughtfully curated collaboration between Gabriela Groom, founder of Nawi Wellness, and Jessica Rodriguez Monro, founder of Healing Garden Retreat, is designed to support deep rest, nervous system regulation and emotional renewal.

Your morning begins with a gentle arrival into stillness through breath awareness and a slow mindful yoga flow guided by Gabriela. This grounding practice is designed to release tension, awaken the body and ease you into a state of calm presence.

From here, you’ll be invited to fully surrender into a deeply immersive sound journey. Through voice and a collection of world instruments, Gabriela will guide you into a meditative state where the nervous system can reset, the mind can quiet and the body can soften.

Following the sound journey, guests will enjoy a light nourishing breakfast and time to gently connect, reflect or simply rest.

The retreat concludes with a guided 90-minute bathhouse ritual facilitated by Jessica. Guests will move through the full hot-cold-rest bathing circuit at a relaxed pace, allowing space to fully unwind, detoxify and restore while experiencing the therapeutic benefits of intentional bathing practices.
