Your retreat begins with Tantra Yin Yoga mindful movement with Somatic Meditation incorporated into the Yin practice to regulate the nervous system guided by Avalon Devine – Founder of Essence of Avalon. This 2-hour practice will restore balance and invite inner calm.
We break for 30-minutes for a light nourishing breakfast and time to connect, reflect or simply be.
You’ll then transition into the final and restorative phase of your retreat with a guided 90-minute bathhouse ritual led by Jessica – Founder of Healing Garden Retreat & Wellness. You will be guided through the full hot-cold-rest bathing circuit at a relaxed pace, allowing time to fully unwind, detoxify and restore.
