Step away from the noise of everyday life and immerse yourself in a deeply restorative morning designed to help you relax, reset, and reconnect with yourself.

Join us for a nourishing half-day retreat where mindful movement, meditation, mindfulness pranayama (breathwork), sound bath, and bathhouse rituals come together to support your wellbeing and restore inner balance 

You’ll be guided by Megs Williamson – Founder of The Whole Self that begins with yin yoga and mindfulness practices to release tension from the body and calm the mind. Then ease into conscious breathwork and meditation, you’ll be invited to slow down, become present, and cultivate a deeper connection with yourself. As you settle into a state of relaxation, you’ll experience the soothing vibrations of a crystal bowl sound bath, allowing stress and mental chatter to soften while creating space for stillness, clarity, and renewal.

After the sound bath, enjoy a light breakfast and a moment to pause, connect and integrate the morning’s experience.

Your retreat experience concludes with a guided 90-minute bathhouse ritual led by Jessica, Founder of Healing Garden Retreat & Wellness. Guests will rotate through the healing contrast therapy with hot sauna, cold plunge, and mineral enriched hot spa which supports nervous system regulation, recovery, and deep relaxation.
